Parts Refurbishing

Brew Group

The brew group is the heart of your coffee equipment and is responsible for the taste in every brew. Therefore, it needs to be serviced regularly in order to maintain the quality of the beverages served to your customers.

Cafection offers you the opportunity to bring your coffee machine back to life through our valuable Brew Group Refurbishing Program. This program allows you to swap out your old brew group prior to shipping it back to Cafection!

This program includes:

One year warranty on the brew group;
Cleaning and sanitizing;
Testing and inspection;
Replacement of specific parts.

Touch Screens and Main Boards

Cafection offers a refurbishing program for touch screens and main boards (selected models from year 2005 and up). The refurbished parts come with a 6-month warranty.

We will send you a refurbished touch screen or main board. Send your defective part in good condition to Cafection; a credit will be applied to you account.
