Contact the person or company providing your coffee service.
If you are the operator of the coffee machine, follow the steps below.


First install? Undo the twist tie securing the float of the water tank and connect the heating element before providing power to the unit.


Make sure to connect the machine to a dedicated line breaker of 120 V AC 15 A 60 Hz (220 V AC 20 A 60 Hz for the Venti-4 and Encore Venti models). Do not use an extension cord.


Make sure the water supply line pressure is between 20 and 80 psi and well connected to the brewer.


Filter paper must be OEM! Use only Cafection’s Platinum filter paper rolls.


Make sure the bean and soluble containers are properly filled and seated.
