No lights on the display
- Check if the unit is plugged in and if you have power in the plug
- Check if GFCF cable is triggered Check if the ON/OFF switch is ON
- Open the door and check is the small cup under the hot chocolate canister is full of water and if there is water on the drip tray

The coffee is very weak
- Make sure that there is coffee inside the two canisters
- Make sure that the canisters are in place
- Make sure that no ingredient motor is defective or that a part is not broken inside that canister

I am getting half a cup of coffee
- Make sure there is no obstruction at the entrance for the whipping chamber
- Check if tubes are not folded
- Make sure valves are not obstructed by calcium or solubles.

Low Water Level
- Make sure the inlet valve is connected properly and not leaking
- Check Water Filter – a dirty filter will restrict water flow
- Ensure that the water is not turned off in another part of the building

Brewer Error
- This message appears when there is a malfunction with the brew group
- Examine the brew group – remove and rinse if coffee has backed up
- If there is no evident issue with the brew group, turn the machine off, then on

Overflow
- Check if there is water on the drip tray or in the overflow cup
- If it’s a Quad, open the side of Vanilla door
- If it’s an Avalon Petite, check behind the waste bucket inside the unit
